#9108: Staff Vaccinations - Dose Form Enhancements to Align With New Requirements

To ensure vaccination details recorded for your staff capture the information required for COVID-19 vaccinations, additional fields have been added to the Dose form.

• Given By Field:  Changed to Administered By
• New Field:         Vaccination Brand
• New Field:         Serial Number
• New Field:         Expiry Date

For those clients that requested the Vaccination Excel Workbook to manually retain vaccination details until this code was released to ionMy, could you please contact support@ionmy.com.au to discuss importing of these records.
